Oasis Auto Complete Systems Limited began life as a joint venture between Ontario Automobile Software Information Systems Limited (O.A.S.I.S.) and Auto Complete Systems (formerly G.W. Parsons & Associates Inc.), with offices located in Markham and London.

The company, with a combined installation base of over 275 dealerships in Canada, provides a complete dealership solution with fully integrated parts, service, accounting and F&I software.

O.A.S.I.S. was incorporated in February 1992. O.A.S.I.S., which has the exclusive endorsement of the Ontario Automobile Dealers Association and the Toronto Automobile Dealers Association, has quickly become the largest single supplier of F&I sales systems in the Ontario market.

Auto Complete Systems has been specializing in PC based software since 1987 and introduced the Dealership Management System in October 1991. Utilizing the latest software technologies, Auto Complete has established itself as a leading developer of dealership software solutions.
